HMCS
CFB Cornwallis Military Museum dedicated to those who trained and
served at HMCS/CFB Cornwallis from 1942 to 1994. Built during WWII to
train seamen needed for the ongoing Battle of the Atlantic, HMCS
Cornwallis was the largest naval training base in the British
Commonwealth. The Museum exhibits the full history of the base, the
tri-forces and the Merchant naval through displays of artifacts,
documents and photos.
